Your Sponsorship Investment
All sponsors will be announced, shown on screen at the event, posted on the SMA website, and in the printed conference attendee package with your logo and company name. Sponsors will also be noted within the published conference program and on signage at the event.
Wednesday, April 24th
SOLD! Thank you - Attendee Folders = $2,000: Every attendee will receive a folder at registration with important information regarding the annual conference. These folders will be printed with your logo and message to attendees. The folder will also include the SMA logo and the conference title.
Thursday, April 25th
SMA ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT and FISHING CHARTER
SOLD! Thank you Early Risers Breakfast = $600: Provide a breakfast buffet for our golfers, fisherman and anyone else that wakes with the sun.
Golfer's Luncheon = $400: While golfing, our guests will enjoy a golfers lunch at the IMG Academy Golf Club.

"Greatest Catch" Fishing Prizes" = $300: Fishermen will receive awards for the first catch, biggest catch, smallest catch, and ugliest catch.
Fisherman's Catch Lunch = $400: After returning to the marina, fishermen will head to a local restaurant where their catch from the day will be prepared for immediate consumption. Fresh fish does not get any fresher than this!
SOLD! Thank you Welcome Reception with Exhibitors = $1,500: A light reception with a cash bar will greet our conference guests and exhibitors welcoming them to the 31st annual conference at the beautiful Lido Beach Resort.
Friday, April 26th
SOLD! Thank you Breakfast with Exhibitors = $1,000: This two-hour breakfast with conference attendees and exhibitors allows guests to leisurely eat breakfast while visiting the various exhibitors that are showcased at this special event.
Morning Coffee Break = $350: Provide an energy break for conference attendees.
Keynote Speaker: Connor Lokar = $3,000: This economist will share short-term and long-term economic forecasts and discuss the direct impact of those forecasts for our conference attendees. He will also discuss the leading economic indicators that we should be diligently watching.
SOLD! Thank you Themed Afternoon Break = $400: Attendees will enjoy the Ballpark Break with mini hot dog sliders, hot soft pretzels, funnel cake sticks, crackers jacks and old-fashioned sodas.
SOLD! Thank you Auction Reception = $2,500: A lavish buffet will be sure to bring compliments to your good name. You will be introduced as the sponsor and in turn Introduce the Auctioneer. At the close of the Auction you will thank the Auctioneer and announce the proceeds.
Saturday, April 27th
Breakfast = $800: Provide a light breakfast to attendees prior to our filed trip.
Transportation = $750: This year, the SMA will be touring a local Sarasota saw mill. Advanced Trim and Lumber has graciously agreed to open its doors to our conference attendees to tour their state-of-the-art facility.
SOLD! Thank you Lunch Buffet = $1,000: After returning from the saw mill tour, conference attendees will enjoy a coastal inspired lunch.
Keynote Speaker - Terry Sumerlin = $2,000: Our second and final keynote speaker, Terry Sumerlin, will encourage attendees to build powerful teams that work!
FAMILY SPECIAL EVENT
Trolley Transportation = $750: The Lido Beach Resort is a great location for business meetings and family gatherings. Many members will be bringing their spouses and/or children along to enjoy the beauty of the coast. A special event has been planned with families specifically in mind. Your sponsorship will aid in covering the cost of trolley transportation to and from the Ringling Estate, where participants will enjoy the art gallery, museum and gardens.
Family Event Lunch = $500: While at the Ringling Estate, participants will enjoy a deliciously selected lunch at the Muse.
StairCraft Awards Photographer = $500: Help us capture memories from this incredible awards night. The professional photographer will capture attendee shots and winners of the StairCraft Awards.
