Sponsorship Opportunities

SMA member companies sponsoring the 2018 Annual Conference provide an essential boost needed to keep member conference costs at a minimum and provide attendees a quality experience. Sponsorships at many levels allow all members to find a sponsorship opportunity they can afford that has an equivalent return.

All Sponsors will be announced and shown on screen at the time of the event sponsored, on the SMA website, and in the conference attendee package with your logo and company name. 
Sponsors will also be noted within the published conference program schedule**.
**Conference Program Copy deadline is March 9th. Sponsorship will be awarded on a first-come, first- served basis. Please note deadlines and apply early.

Wednesday, April 25


Registration
Attendee Folders - $1,800 
Folders will be printed with Sponsor's logo/message and SMA logo/conference title. Folders will be provided to all attendees at registration containing all conference materials. Includes folder cost of $500
SMA Golf Tournament
Early Risers Breakfast = $600
Golfer's Luncheon = $500
Golf Prizes = $400

Thursday, April 26


Symposium Breakfast = $600

Morning Coffee Break = $350

Lunch with Exhibitors = $800

Afternoon Break = $400

Welcome Reception = $3,500 
Be there to greet and welcome our members at the first reception of the conference, being held at the Loretto Chapel. The event will include press.


Auction Buffet = $2250

A lavish buffet will be sure to bring compliments to your good name. You will be introduced as the sponsor and in turn Introduce the Auctioneer.  At the close of the Auction you will thank the Auctioneer and announce the proceeds.

Auction Entertainment = $3,000

This year's auction reception will include a special entertainer that will have guests laughing.


Friday, April 27


Native American Blessing of the Conference and Breakfast = $1,200 
The War Chief of the Picuris Peublo Tribe will offer a ceremonial blessing at breakfast for all attendees.

Opening Keynote Speaker Sponsorship = $3,500

Morning Coffee Break = $350
Lunch with Exhibitors = $800

Awards Banquet and Reception = $2000
Be the host of a memorable night of Awards. Following your introduction as the Sponsor you will be asked to address the attendees, thank them for their participation and invite them to attend next year's conference in Sarasota, FL.


"The Sky's the Limit"  30th Anniversary Celebration = $1,500

Guests will move out onto the terrace after the banquet for dessert and cocktails among the stars.  Two high-resolution telescopes will be available for guests to take a peek at galaxies millions of miles away.  This is a can't-miss event!
