Non- Member Ancillary Companies Welcomed Are you providing only products or Services that are common to any woodworking company or business if so your elegible.
Condensed exhibit hours scheduled to allow exhibitors to get quality time with attendees. "Exhibitors Raffle" of valuable items will bring attendees to the Exhibit hall and ensure they attend your exhibit.
Cost Effective - Reasonable exhibit fee includes full registration for one person.

Promotional displays, materials, literature, samples, etc may not be distributed at SMA events except by registered SMA Exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall. Such promotional items are subject to SMA approval and may not include pricing or any form of comparison to specific competitors.
Exhibit Specifications and Options
Shipping - All
goods shipped to the venue are subject to venue charges and are to be
coordinated directly by the exhibitor. You will be responsible for all
handling and shipping charges. Please pay them prior to check out. If
any shipping charges fall on the SMA master account you will be invoiced
a $25 admin fee in addition to all shipping changes in your name,
payable on receipt. All items must be shipped in accordance with La Fonda Policies and Instructions
Exhibitors will be provided a free quarter page ad in a preconference promotion distributed nationwide. Ad copy and logo is due by March 8th. Ads are to be submitted in .jpg format sized to 3-3/4"w x 4-3/4"h. Each exhibitor may include a “single page/2-sided piece” of literature in the conference package provided to each attendee. Literature inserts are to be delivered to the conference venue by 4/24/17 to guarantee inclusion in the attendee folders.

In addition a listing of all exhibitors will be posted on the SMA website with a link to your SMA member profile containing your full contact info and website. An exhibitor list will also be included in the conference program with your company logo and brief message. Logos must be provided by March 8th in .jpg format.
Twenty percent Discount on SMA Newsletter Ads from Dec 15th to June 15th for 2018 annual conference "Special Exhibitors" registered by Dec 15, 2017.
Attendees will have lunch with the Exhibitors during both exhibit sessions. The SMA will present valuable door prizes in the exhibit hall. Entries will be dependent upon evidence of attending all exhibits. The winner must be present at the time of the drawing. The grand prize will be a much sought free registration to the 2019 Annual Conference, Lido Key Resort, Sarasota, Florida.
Registration Fee includes admittance to the full conference for one attendee and the exhibit table fee. Upon request additional employee exhibit staff may attend at a discounted rate that includes only exhibit hall events or with full conference registration as an additional employee. Exhibitors registering after March 2nd will be welcomed as space is available subject to the late registration fee and available promotions.
Exhibit Specifications - Each exhibit consists of a single 24" x 72" tabletop within an 8' x 8' space. One additional table may be purchased when registering online. Access to a single 110v outlet can be provided if needed. An additional charge may apply TBD by venue. All vendors will be required to complete their setup and be prepared to start at the opening of the exhibit hall.
Exhibit Location - Choice of location will be determined on a first come first served basis by the sequence of registration date/times so be sure to register early. Layout for location choice will be made available as soon as the Hotel has assigned.
