SMA Balustrade Installation Class Preview

January 19, 2018

Not only will you experience another unique shop tour and demonstrations this workshop will be your opportunity to influence the SMA Education Committee's work in progress "Level 1 Balustrade Installation".  Since the annual conference they have developed an outline of the curriculum and lesson plans and would like your input as to how the program might meet the training needs of your company. You will have a chance to preview the lessons of a multi-day program and  through group discussion, provide needed input for curriculum content development and teaching methods. This is the SMA's first step in development of training programs that will be invaluable to our members and  serve to cultivate interest in our industry and the crafts of stairbuilding and handrailing.
