Exhibit Specifications and Options
Exhibitor Ads and Promotions
Exhibitors will be provided a free quarter page ad in the conference program. Ad copy is due by March 14th. Ad are to be submitted in .jpg format sized to 4"w x 8"h. Each exhibitor may include a “single page/2-sided piece” of literature in the conference package provided to each attendee. Literature inserts are to be delivered to the conference office prior to the opening of registration. Shipping information TBA. In addition a listing of all exhibitors will also be included in the attended packages with your company name and logo.

The early exhibitors fee is only $687 and includes admittance to the full conference for one attendee and all exhibit fees. Additional employee exhibit staff may attend at a discounted rate of $139 that includes only exhibit hall events or with full conference registration for $219. Exhibitors registering after Feb 29 will be welcomed as space is available subject to the late registration fee of $897.
Exhibit Specifications
Each exhibit consists of a single 24 x 96 skirted tabletop within an 8' x 8' space. Access to a single 110v outlet can be provided. If needed an additional charge may apply TBD by venue. Questions and product approval requests may be directed to 877-500-5759 or sma@stairways.org
Exhibit Location
No layout exists at this time. Exhibit Hall and layout is dependent upon the number of exhibits contracted. Choice of location will be determined by the sequence of registration dates. Prior exhibit history will be considered and move your choice up one in sequence of registrations for each prior SMA exhibit experience. A published order of exhibit locations will be made available upon request.
Participation Options
Cooperative Promotional Rebate - $50 - $100
Registered exhibitors that promote the 2012 SMA conference on their website with ad copy and link to the SMA Conference webpage as provided will qualify for the rebate. Ad must be posted with specific link to the SMA conference page by February 1st to receive the full rebate. If posted by Feb 15th a $50 rebate will be applied. All ads must remain posted through April 14.
Conference Presentation Option - Additional fee $250
Exhibitors may elect to provide a brief presentation of 12 minutes to attendees in the conference assembly hall. Projector, computer, screen, microphone, white board or flip chart, will be provided. Your presentation must be sent to the SMA no later than March 7 for review. In accordance with SMA policy no competitors may be named or disparaged in any way. Presentations will be included with other conference materials on a preloaded flash drive given to all attendees at registration. File type and size limitations will apply.
Exhibit Hall Raffle Option - $75 gift
The SMA will raffle a free full conference registration to the 2013 Annual Conference in New Orleans or Equivalent New member application discount. Participating exhibitors must supply a gift of interest valued at no less than $75.00. All gifts must be redeemable at the conference, discounts on purchases will not be acceptable unless also redeemable in cash. Those participating will be included on the raffle entry form. Company's gifts will be announced and labeled. Attendees will be required to visit each exhibit on the card to be eligible for the raffle drawing. The raffle will take place during Saturday exhibit hours.

Exhibition Opening Day and Lunch - $700
Exhibitors will be given the first opportunity at to sponsor the Exhibition opening lunch of $700.00 this can be purchased in whole by one or in two sponsorships of $350 based on response. Your Company's sponsor ship will be announced, Signage in the exhibit hall entry, at the food service area and in your exhibit will be provided.
Attendee Bags - $500 plus cost of Bags
Exhibitors will be given the first opportunity to sponsor Attendee bags with Sponsors Logo/Message and SMA Logo/Conference title. Bags will be provided to all attendees at registration containing all conference materials. No other bags will be allowed to be distributed in the exhibition or during the conference. Bags can be provide by Sponsor or by SMA. Bags must be printed with SMA logo and Conference title in addition to other sponsor information.
Attendee Gifts - $500 dollars plus cost of gifts
USB flash drive with preloaded conference information will be printed with sponsors logo and auto execute to open with sponsors message on title Screen.
Closing Day Raffle and Exhibition Closing Reception - $700
Exhibitors will be given the first opportunity to sponsor the exhibition and closing reception to be held in the exhibit hall prior to the annual banquet. This event will host all attendees including one day registrants. Your Company's name will be announced, Raffle entry cards, Signage at entry, reception service area and in your exhibit will be provided.
