SMA member companies sponsoring the 2012 Annual Conference  provide an essential boost needed to keep conference costs at a minimum and provide attendees a quality experience.

This year many new sponsorships have been added at many levels to allow all members to find a sponsorship opportunity they can afford that has an equivalent return.

• Sponsors will be announced and signage posted with your logo and company name at each sponsored activity or event in addition to other incentives noted below. 
  
• All sponsors will be included on a special thank you page insert in the attendee package
  
• All Sponsors will also be noted within the published conference program schedule.  
  
• Program and Sign Copy deadline is March 15th.  Sponsorships will be awarded on a first come, fist served basis.  Please note deadlines and apply early.

Thursday, April 12

Registration

Attendee Bags - $500 plus cost of Bags
Exhibitors will be given the first opportunity to sponsor Attendee bags with Sponsors Logo/Message and SMA Logo/Conference title.  Bags will be provided to all attendees at registration containing all conference materials. No other bags will be allowed to be distributed in the exhibition or during the conference.  Bags can be provided by Sponsor or by SMA.  Bags must be printed with SMA logo and Conference title in addition to other sponsor information.

Attendee Gifts - $500 dollars plus cost of gifts
USB flash drive with preloaded conference information will be printed with sponsors logo.  When used an auto execute file will open with sponsors message logo and SMA member logo on title Screen.

SMA Golf Tournament

Golfer's Breakfast -  $300 Kick start a memorable day of SMA golf
Longest Drive with a Newel - $200 (sign on tee, present award at banquet)
Longest Putt with a Baluster - $200 (sign on green, present award at banquet)
Closest to the Pin - $200 (sign on green, present award at banquet)

Welcome Reception - $500
Light Hors' Doeuveres and cash bar will bring attendees to this first networking opportunity of the conference.  You will have the opportunity to introduce new members and first time attendees to those gathered and welcome the to fully participate in the SMA.

Friday, April 13

Opening Session Breakfast - $300
You will host a continental breakfast for Attendees gathered to commence the 24th annual business meeting of the SMA.  Following breakfast you will thank the attendees for their continued support of SMA conferences, read the SMA antitrust statement, and introduce the President to officially call the conference to order. 

Exhibition Opening Day and Lunch - $700
Exhibitors will be given the first opportunity to sponsor the Exhibition opening lunch this can be purchased in whole or in two sponsorships of $350 based on response. Your Company's sponsor ship will be announced, Signage in the exhibit hall entry, at the food service area and in your exhibit will be provided.

Auction Reception - $1200 (or two $600 Sponsors)
A lavish presentation of hors' doeuveres and treats of dinner proportions will be sure to bring compliments to your good name.  This is the most sought after sponsorship opportunity.  The reception starts with exhibits open until the Auction Action Kicks into high gear.  This year's auction proceeds will go to fund the new List Serv member forum. Sponsor(s) will be introduced and in turn Introduce the Auctioneer, and announce the proceeds.

Saturday, April 14

Keynote Breakout and Networking Luncheon - $700
After a morning of seminars you will introduce the conference Keynote speaker. Following the address you'll invite everyone to a luncheon for discussion of the keynote challenges by the largest gathering of attendees during the conference.

Exhibition Closing Day Raffle and Reception - $700
Exhibitors will be given the first opportunity to sponsor the exhibition and closing reception to be held in the exhibit hall prior to the annual banquet.  This event will host all attendees including one day registrants.  Your Company's name will be announced, Raffle entry cards, Signage at entry, reception service area and in your exhibit will be provided.

Awards Banquet - $1200
Be the host of a memorable meal and night of Festivities.  Following your introduction as the Sponsor you will be asked to address the attendees thank them for their participation and invite them to attend next years conference in New Orleans. It will be your option to also offer the invocation or introduce the person to do so.

Sunday, April 15

Closing Conference Breakfast - $200
A continental breakfast will provide a final networking opportunity prior the to the remaining seminars and adjournment of the conference.  Like the last word spoken don't underestimate the value of attendees leaving with a fresh example of your support fresh on their minds. This is great opportunity to combine with any of the other sponsorship opportunities.
